1. Service Description
IntenToX is a personal workspace application providing goal management, idea capture, project tracking, and AI-assisted productivity features.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for your password and API tokens
- Registration may require an invite code during beta
3. Subscription & Payment
- Free plan: 100 entities, 50 AI calls/month, 200MB storage
- Pro plan: unlimited entities, 2,000 AI calls/month, 10GB storage ($9/month or $90/year)
- Payments processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Taxes handled by Paddle.
- Cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
- Downgrading does not delete your data; only new creation is restricted
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal content, malware, or spam
- No automated scraping or abuse of API rate limits
- API tokens are personal — do not share
5. Data & Content
You own your content. We do not claim intellectual property rights. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. AI Features
AI features process your query content through third-party models (DeepSeek) to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data you don't want processed by AI. You can disable AI features in settings.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts for ToS violations. You may delete your account at any time — all data is permanently removed.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to your subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
